This Mail Slot is made entirely of Brass. These 2 piece deluxe slots are handcrafted and have the Word “MAIL” cast into the flap. Heavy duty tamper proof bolts secure the front and back frames to each other from the rear and accommodate solid doors and walls from 1 1/4″ through 1 7/8″ deep
